So long natural looking highlighted hair, helllllo bold, beautiful & BRIGHT hair! I see so many girls these days with boring, dull hair colors, and it’s time to change that. 2010 is the year of color, yes, that means ladies? Brighten up! Blondes go blonder… brunettes? Bolder, and red heads? Brighter! The trend here is to get as much color possible with whatever shade you’re working with.

Lets start off with what’s out. Boring, basic, super tiny, natural highlights… LC status.

LC’s hair is outdated and needs to be updated. If I were her, I would go brighter and blonder. Bolder , brighter highlights would be perfect on LC for the Summer. It would brighten up her entire face and would all over just be a more modern look ;)

Now onto the hair trends I do like. Bright & Bold = so much fun! Stick with whatever shade you currently have, just kick it up a notch. Brighten it up! 2010 is definitely the year of the color.

I never see too many girls switch up their hair styles, how come? I play around with bobby pins a lot, I can’t live without them! For this look I literally snapped one bobby pin in to the side and off I went.

I love curly hair, who doesn’t right… if you love it as much as me, you need this curling iron! This curling iron won’t be for everyone, I would say it is for Intermediate curlers ;) There is no clasp to it so it is a bit tricky, but the outcome is worth learning how to do it! My best friend Lindsay knows the owner of Enzo Milano so he hooked her up with some irons. I have the 1/2 inch 25mm size but you can get smaller if you want smaller curls. I even got my friend Erin hooked on it and she has mastered the wavy hair look. I love her hair!

my-little-ponyoriginalWhen it comes to hair, for me the longer the better. I want to look like a my little pony. Not really but you know. I love long hair. I had my own until one night before going out, I decided I didn’t want long hair anymore. I took scissors to my own head and chopped it all off. What a mistake. I had long flowy hair, and in an instant cut it all off. The end result wasn’t too bad, but I definitely got over it after one night. Now what was I supposed to do???

So every time I am out someone asks me how I do my hair. I don’t think I’m cool I just really want to help girls learn how to do it themselves! Everyone sees the celebs with long flowy, perfectly curled hair and you can get it too, but it does require a few crazy steps. If you’re not used to spending time getting ready this might be a chore for you but you will love the results.
