Hello Kitty is taking over the world… just when you think she has conquered it all, she kicks it up a notch and designs something else! A true go getter ;) Hello Kitty has just teamed up with Forever 21 to bring you an entireee HK fashion clothing line. Sure HK has always had comfy shirts and sweatshirts, but this line is a bit more on the fashion side of things… blouses, coats, cardigans etc… I love it all so much and would totally wear it. Every girl knows you’re never too old for HK, genuis branding on their behalf.

Hello Kitty and Forever 21 celebrated this launch with Kendall and Kyliee Jenner last night in Hollywood, the girls wore clip on bangs and HK bows… super cute! I really love the tan blouse and rain coat.

The entire line is not on sale yet, but here are a few of my favorite items so far, to view the entire collection, click here.

So… what do you think… which pieces, if any, would you wear?

Winter is so close I can feel it. The air is muchhhh cooler, and slowly but surely my 2011 Winter boot collection is coming together. My latest addition? This “Short & Sweet” bootie by Naughty Monkey. This bootie comes in 4 different colors, tan, taupe, chocolate and black, and the entire inside is lined with faux shearling, so they are sooo cozy and warm. These boots were actually exclusive to Nordstrom’s Anniversary sale for a while AND were Rachel Bilson’s favorite shoe pick on Piperlime.com. so overall a well liked shoe by all. Anyway…

I went to the pumpkin patch yesterday to gather Fall pumpkins and decided to wear my new boots. Bad idea on my end considering the entire pumpkin patch was muddy and covered in hay, but whatever at least I looked cute. Who wears leopard shorts and faux fur vests to pick pumpkins? Me obviously. Side note: I went to the Oma’s Pumpkin Patch in Lakeside, CA. It was nothing too big or crazy, but they did have a lot of pumpkins and some animals and stuff, just in case you’re looking for a pumpkin patch in SD.

Anyway, if you’re in need of a super cute, warm and comfy ankle bootie that can be worn folded under OR up, these really are great! I love the wooden wedge bottom, perfect height while remaining comfortable. They go great with shorts and skirts, but also look really cute with a pair of skinny jeans or leather leggings. You really can do a lot with them.

Wondering what else am I wearing?

Black vest with faux fur- Foreign Exchange

    Black long sleeved top

Leopard shorts from Madison Boutique in Pacific Beach, CA

    “Stella” Earrings by Shop Belina

Plain black headband, messy side braid, smokey eye make up.

Do you love them as much as me? Get your own from Zappos.com OR Endless.com

I loveee funky/GLAM jewelry so Belina is one of my favorite go-to accessory brands. If you follow my blog, you probably remember me talking about this brand because I featured this super cute, and yes named after muah, “Amanda” necklace on here before. I just got a handful of new items from them so I wanted to share a sneak peak at some of the cute new earrings I just got. I also will be hosting a giveaway soon so check back soon for more info on that.

For now, here is a peak at new earrings, so cute! I would describe these as gunmetal, over-sized, blinged out tear drop gem earrings. They are about the size of your eye so lots of sparkle is guaranteed. I plan on wearing these with either an up-do or a side-do considering they will be a major focal point of whatever I wear them with.

If you want to check out their jewelry now, perhaps scope out some items you’d like to win… check out their website OR Facebook page!

Sooooo many people asked me where I got these tops and the reason I never shared where to buy them at was because I could not find them online anywhere! I got mine at Madison Boutique in Pacific Beach. I finally searched some more and found the top in a super cute bright orange, however… no black or white to be found :/

The brand is Caribbean Queen and it came in tons of cute colors, maybe you have time to search around and find them? I have white and black and they are the best tops to wear out or even layered under blazers at work. Just remember they work best with high waisted bottoms as the leotard part will show if worn with lower waisted items.

I think my favorite part of this top is that you don’t need a bra…I am sure you’re thinking ya right, I NEED a bra, but if I can wear it without one, so can you. Small boobs, big boobs, saggy boobs, it’s def an equal opportunity top ;) The layers cover the boob part nicely so have no fear all boob types are in the clear. The back is also super cuteee, it’s entirely open with two thin criss cross straps.

So if you love the orange OR can find it in other colors, it’s def a must have top. I am wearing a size SMALL and because of the adjustable straps, it fits perfect.

Caribbean Queen Body Suit $40.00 (White Top)

I get sooo many emails asking “What do I wear to Vegas” so I think it’s about time I dedicate an entireee post to Vegas attire. I think in Vegas you can wear things you may not normally wear in your hometown, but I still like to keep it classy, if anything just up the fancy.

The latest email I got was “What to Wear to a Vegas VIP Party.” If you are going to an actual event I would def. avoid anything super skanky. Here are a few good options to consider for your trip!

    1. Fun, flirty dresses.

I love dresses, mostly because once you pick one, & your outfit is done. Toss on some cute heels, some jewelry and bam you’re done. The key to Vegas dresses is, like everything else in life, all about balance. If you want to wear a short, tight dress, skip the cleavage… Want to wear a low cut dress? Maybe go for something a bit longer.

    Mirror & Shine Dress $159.00

     METALLIC WRAP DRESS $32.00

One-Shoulder Flower Lace Bodycon Dress $69.00

    2. Skirt & Blouse.

If you can’t find a dress you love, opt for a cute fitted skirt and top instead. Now that color blocking is super popular, choose two bright fun colors and mix it up! I always stick to high waisted, fitted skirts, they just look dressier and of course are the most flattering.

    3. Rompers.

Rompers are always a cute alternative to dresses or skirts, but make sure they fit you well. Rompers, and anything else for that matter, should only be worn if they flatter your shape. Baggy, loose rompers can be left at home. Bebe has so many cute ones out right now, I am loving both the pant rompers and short rompers. You can’t go wrong in a fitted romper.

A few other things I don’t leave home without when heading to Vegas? Rhinestoned accessories, 4-5 inch heels, lots of make up ;) , fake eyelashes, a cute clutch and lots of fun jewelry. Bebe is my favorite place to go accessory shopping as they have some of the best glam jewelry in town.

What items can you leave at home?

    * Cheap dresses that LOOK cheap, slinky material, fake satin materials, matching jewelry sets, tiaras, penis straws, wedges at night time, cotton dresses, saggy butt bikinis, shoes you can’t walk in, eyelashes you don’t know how to apply, orange highlights, stripper nails, hmmm think that’s it for now ;)

Hope these tips helped, happy packing!
