5. The couple’s home was tested by “a well-respected company” for dangerous mold just two months before Murphy’s death. ”Simon Monjack received the report and assured Brittany and Sharon Murphy that there was no mold danger and it was safe to stay in the house.”

6. A coroner’s investigator dismissed online speculation that the pneumonia deaths of actress Brittany Murphy and her husband, Simon Monjack, may both have been related to viral mold inside their Los Angeles home.

So that’s that. Apparently neither died from mold but who really knows anymore. I think the most shocking part of this story is that no one even cared the guy died? Forget caring, I didn’t even hear it happened? :/ Such a sad story. Moral of this story is? Don’t marry weirdos, check your house for mold just in case, and don’t do drugs. The end.

Even though I actually love these photos, they seem to be causing quite the controversy around town. Many believe these photos are too risque for someone Kendall’s age. 14 is pretty young to be sporting smokey eyes and bikinis but hey, it’s Hollywood and she’s half a Kardashian, what do you expect? She’s not my kid so oh well. I understand it’s not a good example for kids her age but that’s parents job to enforce. There will always be someone setting a bad example, part of being a parent is you get to decide what morals and values you install in your kid.

Kendall Jenner shares the same mom as Kim and her sisters, but as most of you know, has a different dad. I bet Bruce is pissed about these pics. We all know Kris loves them! Kendall has been slowly but surely getting into modeling (started off with Forever 21) and has recently signed with Wilhelmina Modeling Agency. I’m excited to watch her career grow, I hope she stays true to herself and look and doesn’t take it much further than this while she’s so young.

As Eminem’s Recovery moves toward yet another week at the top of the Billboard  album chart, his “Love the Way You Lie” also maintains its assault on radio and the digital realm (as of this writing, it stood as the most-downloaded song on iTunes). It seems poised to top Katy Perry’s “California Gurls” this week and take its place at the front of the line on the Billboard Hot 100. That would give Eminem his second consecutive chart-topper, following the success of “Not Afraid.”

But even if “Love the Way You Lie” doesn’t make it to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 this week, Slim Shady can be proud that fans have voted it their favorite collaboration with a female artist. On Monday (July 12), MTV wondered out loud whether or not “Love the Way You Lie” (which features Rihanna) was better than his collaborations with Pink, Dido, Dina Rae or his daughter Hailie. The final results of the poll were razor thin, but Rihanna narrowly pulled off the victory, bringing in 39.77 percent of the vote.

At the time Reggie & Kim were dating Kim was ready to take things to the next level and was eager to be married. Reggie? Wanted anything but. The two had hard times maintaining a long distance relationship, and because they were on two different pages relationship wise, eventually split earlier this year.

Showbiz Spy.com continues by saying:

Reggie realized Kim was the one and said he was finally ready to get married. But after months of being single, Kim’s realized Reggie wasn’t the one, and now she’s moved on,” a source tells the magazine. The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ starlet now has a new boyfriend, Miles Austin, another football player.

Miles took Kim to his hometown of Garfield, N.J., to meet his family. They spent the night at the Jersey Shore with all his friends,” the source explains. Reggie isn’t too happy about this development.

“Ever since Reggie found out about Miles, he’s been going crazy sending Kim lots of nasty e-mails. She just ignores them. Reggie has unsuccessfully tried to reach out to Miles.” Kim recently gave up shared custody of the ex-couple’s dog, Rocky to avoid all contact. “Kim always intended on staying friends with Reggie – but now he doesn’t want to let her move on,” the source adds.

When will people learn… ya better think twice before such drastic decisions. You only live once so you better think twice. I’d never look back if I were Kim. Reggie clearly only wants Kim now that he lost her and she’s moved on. So over people needing to lose the ones they love in order to appreciate them. Find someone who appreciates you today. Ok soooooo…… I lasted in Las Vegas like 2 minutes but whatever, I couldn’t handle it, I had to move home to San Diego! Yep I’m back. My entire life I’ve been dying to try living there so I did and learned fast that is not where I belong. Never know if you never try though right? So hey at least I tried. Vegas for me is best left to visit.

So what went wrong? Well a number of things. First of all I had an awesome job, but realistically to benefit from it fully I would have to stick it out in Vegas for years. Network, create relationships, work my way up, establish clientele, etc. I never ever planned on staying in Vegas for more than a Summer, so I figured it was pointless investing time in a goal I didn’t even want to fulfill.

As awesome as working for TAO was, the hours were late. Some nights I wouldn’t get home until 6am. The sun would be rising as I would drive home. Anyone who knows me knows I am a total grandma who doesn’t do drugs, so not being in bed by midnight, and staying up til 6am was rough/impossible. Then add smokey casinos and clubs into the equation, no thanks. Still coughing by the way…

Then there’s the whole Vegas never sleeps thing. I am all for going out and having fun, but in Vegas… it never stops, I couldn’t keep up. My job meant social outings, and networking tons which then meant men whom I’d normally never everrrr blink twice at got the privilege of obtaining my phone number and abusing it all hours of the day. I would get the nastiest text messages I’ve ever gotten in my life. I still can’t believe guys would just text a total stranger they met while she is working to meet up and crush it. I honestly had no idea what that even meant until I was informed later on. I guess it did not mean to come meet up and have a fun crazy night?

Another huge problem was not being able to workout outside. Its 111 degrees, literally. No more street runs. Great. Even if the weather was suitable for a quick run, the neighborhood most certainly was not. I tried running outside once and after passing 3 bums, a drug deal, 2 trannies/hookers, pigeons, cigarette butts, and tweekers, I promised myself that was my first and last Vegas run. Then I was eating like a pig, feasts each meal (my fault, not Vegas’) but it overall was just an unhealthy living environment. No street runs + endless Wynn buffets = BAD news.

On to the people…. The people were just yuck, only looking to use you for their own benefits. Could I have met more normal people over time? Sure. But I didn’t. My one and only girl friend turned out to be a total psycho, stopped being my friend over a spray tan. I think that was the final straw. Everyone was nuts, I just wanted to go back home to my nice, healthy, green grass life in San Diego.

I did make a handful of guy friends who were super nice and helpful but you can’t live in Vegas with only guy friends, I need close girl friends to survive, just how I am. Anyway, I am back home living with two of my best friends, steps from the beach and couldn’t be happier! I still do tons of stuff in Vegas so I can still help everyone out with anything Vegas related. I know everyone out there industry wise so my trip wasn’t pointless. Overall it was definitely an experience I do not regret, I had a blast but realize my heart is happier here in San Diego. I laid out all day in the perfect 80 degree weather and now am laying on my floor as the ocean breeze blows through my balcony door… couldn’t be happier.

I do get emails all the time though asking for advice while living in Vegas so I did want to touch base on a few basic questions regarding jobs, rent, and life in general out there….

* RENT- Dirt cheap. You can find a house or room for rent for under 400 bucks easily, and in NICE places! I was staying in a high rise condo fully loaded with a concierge, roof top pool, roof top track, hot tub, gym, office, etc etc… Rent there ran about $1,200 bucks. In San Diego that condo would have been at least double that.

* JOBS- Hard to get. You have to either know someone, have a fat ass resume, or be ready to wh*re it up for a job. I actually scored my job just by being fab. I saw a craigslist posting for a cocktailing position, applied, set up a meeting with TAO and was offered a better position because of my website and strong social network. So be prepared to wait a while for a good job.

* DAILY LIFE- Daily life in Vegas was pretty weird. I mean they have all the same stuff you use wherever you’re from but its just different. The society in general in Vegas is just dirty. One trip to CVS and you casually encounter a minimum of at least 2 bums per trip. All begging for money. Plus its 111 out so you’re now running errands in miserable heat. If you live anywhere near the strip you sit in strip traffic daily and freeway traffic can be unruly between 3pm and 7pm.

Everyday I would try and do normal things but it was hard. Just not as nice as San Diego. Vegas does have everything you need to maintain a normal life off the strip tho.

* FRIENDS- Like I said, hard to meet good people, but possible. You have to put yourself out there. Be social, find friends off facebook who live out there and seem normal, go out a lot… Takes a while to create a good posse but  def do-able. Vegas is a town people move to in hopes to hustle $$. Most people you meet are only there for that reason and have no interest in really being loyal, honest friends.

“I fucking HATE it that cheating is so glamourized is TV shows and movies nowadays. Seriously, ALMOST EVERY SINGLE FUCKING SHOW INVOLVES CHEATING! Everybody is doing it, so why shouldn’t you? It’s portrayed as this thing that cannot be helped; is inevitable in all relationships. BUT THAT’S NOT TRUE!

Carrie Bradshaw is the character in Sex & the City that most women relate the most to. She believes in “The One”, passion, romance, and whimsically unrealistic expectations of men. She is also unbelievably self centered when it comes to relationships. I despise this sort of girls but thankfully, I don’t have to date them.

And even she cheated. TWICE. Once on Aidan with Big, repeatedly and with no intentions to stop till she got caught by Big’s WIFE. Embarrassing. Another time while married to Big… with Aidan. I consider kissing cheating too btw. Anything that will hurt your partner is considered cheating. Just coz she saw him in Abu Dhabi and thinks it *roll eyes* MUST be destiny.

“Here’s the litmus test – if it will upset the other person when they find out, I think it’s considered cheating. So if you have to hide it, you shouldn’t be doing it.”

Oh the irony! Is this how women behave around decent men** who love them and expect to be forgiven? That love conquers all, so we can all just do according to what our loins tell us and beg later?

(**I am not talking about the horrible men who cheat I’m talking about awesome men like Aidan who loved Carrie despite all her very obvious flaws)

TRUE FUCKING LOVE.

In the real world, everything is about a love so romantic and passionate and lustful, nothing else matters, including the promise of a lifetime of commitment or the feelings of some other insignificant poor sod who loves you. IT IS RIDICULOUS.

Fine. I understand that maybe, sometimes, people see someone so right for themselves they can’t help it.

So it all boils down to COURAGE. I am a firm subscriber when it comes to having courage in life. And that’s what cheaters need, courage.

The courage to tell your partner you don’t think they are the one for you and you are settling. That they are not giving you enough blowjobs. Or that you need to fuck a prostitute in Slovakia because you like the chase – accept it or not.

Of course, cheaters often don’t see their problem with themselves or with their relationships till after they cheat, and therefore they cannot confront the problem with courage.

The first time someone cheats also involves recklessness and the inability to control one’s horniness (you may label it “attraction” or “love” or whatever euphemism you want but it’s horniness).

So here’s a guide to how you can PREVENT the cheating, and go home, think about why you almost cheated and whether you are still suitable to be in a relationship.

1) FUCKING WALK AWAY- You feel attraction towards a person at a club? He/she is chatting you up and is super funny and cute?

The moment you feel that way, just walk away! It’s not fucking hard. Make an excuse. Don’t flirt back. You don’t even have to be hostile, you just need to send the vibe that you are not interested. Yeah how do you know this person is not The One for you? Maybe you are missing out on true love by walking away!

If you are idiotic enough to believe in that, then by your own stupid logic you will meet this person again soon enough (when you are single) BECAUSE YOU TWO ARE MEANT TO BE. There, your excuses foiled.

All Carrie had to do was to walk away from the dinner with Aidan when she felt something for him. Idiot woman.

How many times do we hear of flirty texts girlfriends find on their boyfriends’ phones? And the guys are like “Oh that’s nothing what we are just friends”… I don’t get it. You don’t KNOW that a girl/guy is flirting with you? Are you fucking retarded on top of being a stinking liar? A text that starts with “How’s your day?” is nowhere NEAR innocuous and NOT appropriate when it’s asked by someone who is not close to you.

It is an INVITATION to start getting to know you better, and if you reply with intention to feel good about yourself from the positive attention from this person, YOU ARE CHEATING.

Have some balls. Don’t reply, or reply with the correct vibe, ie, “Not bad, spending the day cuddling with my girlfriend. Life is good. I’m glad I’m not the cheating sort. So wait your turn bitch.”

Yeah see? That wasn’t hard.

2) CHEATING TAKES MORE EFFORT THAN NOT CHEATING- I can never understand. Which is easier?

A. Chatting up with someone. Saving his number to an unsuspicious name. Sneaking out of the house to contact the person. Lie to your partner when they ask where you’ve been. Book a hotel room. Park/take public transport there. Engage in sexual relationships. More sneaking. Pacify your cheating partner that you are going to break up with your current partner. Spend money pacifying him. Your partner finds out. You are in utter humiliation; lose whatever you had with said person. Your partner leaves with LCD tv you two bought together. Your family and friends all know about this. Your partners’ friends spread around that you are a cheating scumbag and give you death threats. Your parents keep lamenting how awesome your ex was and how you are an idiot. You try to win your ex back, spending more money than ever. You may or may not succeed. If you do, there is forever a strain on the relationship.

OR

B. Walking away the instance you sense someone is interested in you. YOU tell me.

3) USE SOME IMAGINATION- Here. Next time you want to cheat, just imagine your partner crying and jumping off a building in grief.

She/he is saying, “Why did you do this I love you so much… I hate you. I hate you!” and he runs off and there is a brief moment where you freeze, knowing what he’s going to do and you can’t stop him because he is too far ahead and he looks back at you, with a look of grim satisfaction that you can’t hurt him anymore… and he jumps.

His family is behind you and you fall to your knees in devastation and numbness thinking this can’t have happened and the next moment his mother is pounding her fists on you for the family tragedy and you do nothing to stop her because anything is better than this regret… His father is looking over the edge, willing time to turn back but it won’t. Actions cause irreversible consequences sometimes… And you caused a death, for a moment of lewdness.

Ahem. Graphic enough? If not you can also try to picture the dead body below, brains everywhere, limps in weird angles, blood blossoming on the pavement as screams echo around. If you can still get an erection/your panties wet after that grisly image, there is something very wrong with you. Please see a psychologist.

4) USE CLOTHES TO YOUR ADVANTAGE- So. You got to the point where you are about to have sex with someone other than your partner. To get to someone’s sexual organs, one must peel of various layers of clothing, unless one is having sex with an animal of some sort.

This process normally takes some time and effort. REMEMBER AT ANY POINT YOU CAN JUST WALK AWAY!!

Peeling off a belt. NAH. Not gonna do it. Pee on the spot or whatever to gross out your partner (in case they try to rape you), and walk off!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!

5) KNOW YOURSELF- Just like paedophiles are attracted to kids, there are some people out there who are attracted to “the chase”. Sure, they are capable of love and maybe they even love one single person more than any other person they want to fuck, but they will NEVER stop cheating.

They are so addicted to the wooing process and the pleasure in finding that someone finds them attractive, they will do whatever it takes to GET that pleasure, even if it involves lying and manipulation. Such people, of course, should have the courage to admit to themselves that they are unsuitable to be in a committed relationship and to pretend otherwise to their partners is just despicable.

My advice would be to have the COURAGE to admit that your habits will not change, ever, to the person you love and see if they can accept it. If they can, fantastic! If not, well, too fucking bad. Why bother to prevent the inevitable? These cheaters should date other cheaters and just be in an open relationship! There! No more cheating!

Honestly, I can’t even remember the last time I flirted with anyone or anyone flirted with me. And yes I may be missing out on the fun but I come home to Mike’s warm loving arms and I know what we have is so so so much more than whatever could have been.

And I suppose that’s how true love makes one feel. Like you can never bear to hurt the person you love and would never do anything to risk losing him.  So if you cheat, perhaps you ain’t got what it’s supposed to be. Have the courage to break it off instead of stringing your partner along!

Though the two haven’t been public about the relationship, they are mutual friends on each others twitter profiles and tweet about their dates often. On June 10, Miles Austin tweeted: “heading out for sushi.” Kardashian tweeted on the same day shortly after his message “Do you believe in Fairy Tales? I do.”Austin followed with another tweet a few hours later, “Just finishing up watching castaway then maybe a late night ‘fro yo’ snack. ” The two are spotted on all these dates so you can tell the tweets are to one another. I wonder when they will announce officially they’re a couple, it’s pretty obvious.

Can’t wait to see how long this one lasts, ahhh the days of winky faces and inconspicuous tweets, sighhhh.

Apparently, Nicki’s performances created a bit of a scandal though… she’s now being accused of lip syncing during the show. Nicki denies the accusations, taking to her Twitter on Monday to address rumors that she didn’t bring all her skillszzz to the stage. ”U could hear me in the auditorium but apparently not in TV land,” she tweeted. The star also added that technical difficulties were at play. “Shout out to the sound guy.” However, the “Massive Attack” rapper assured fans that the sound issues will be cleared up when the network rebroadcasts the show. “They say it’ll b fixed wen it re-airs. :/”

Nicki had two performances throughout the show… First she emerged from a cloud of smoke in a skintight catsuit and spit her rapid-fire verse for the remix of “Hello, Good Morning” during Diddy-Dirty Money’s performance.

She then ended the show by performing her collabo with Ludacris, “My Chick Bad,” with Mötley Crüe’s Tommy Lee on drums and taking the stage again minutes later to rock DJ Khaled’s posse cut “All I Do Is Win.” Gotta love it!

From a distance, the striped orange and black coat makes it look like a particularly odd tiger, but it’s actually a Golden Retriever.

The Chinese are always quick to embrace bizarre trends, and it is not unusual for owners to take their dogs to grooming parlours where they are not only given a shampoo and trim, but a multi-coloured dye job as well. So nuts, but so so cute! And hey if it doesn’t hurt the dogs, why not?
