Ok so most of you already know I spent the past weekend in San Fran, I posted below about my trip on the way up, this is part 2… the actual trip in full detail.

So once we finally arrived to San Francisco, Meggan Herd picked us up to take us to her house to get ready for the night. We had dinner plans with some of her guy friends so we jammed home to shower and get ready. Meggan is currently in dental school at University of Pacific and lives in on campus housing. It was funny being 25 and staying in the dorms all over again. We got ready quickly and headed out for dinner and drinks in the city. We ended up going to Mas Sake a Sushi restraint in the city. We had a chicken teriyaki roll that was delicious and of course Sake. I wish all sushi came this way! Cooked chicken, avocado and rice, my sushi dream come true.

So I am off to San Francisco for a sorority reunion… about 15 girls from AXO (Alpha Chi Omega) are meeting in San Francisco tonight and then tomorrow taking a limo around Napa to go wine tasting. I have never been, so I am excited! I even coordinated our outfits, everyone is going to wear some form of yellow, cute pics helloooo. Anyway, we are all at the airport and I hate it! People boarding planes are the worst. They walk so slow and take forever to load their bags in the overhead area. I know I am inpatient, but if you have been on a plane before, you should be a bit speedier by now. Who knows maybe it’s their first flight.

Whateverrrr so me Martine, Michelle, Karina and Gibson are all on board, we lucked out and took over 2 rows so we could all be close to one another ;) Our flight was delayed, so were just happy to be on the plane and taking off. Well the time comes where all electronics must be shut off. I am always the one sneaking my phone until the last possible second but this time I was a well behaved flier and shut it off. I decided however to snap a few pics of the girls on the plane but was rudely interrupted by my grey haired neighbor who was not too happy about me using this electronic device. “You knowww you’re not supppposed to be usinnggg electronic devicesss” Yeah thanks lady, I know. I said yeah thanks… aka I’m not listening to you. She goes THANKS. Thanks for what? Thanks for ignoring you? No problem ;P happy_bunny_not_listening_stickerDon’t let that smile fool you, she was mean!

    crazy lady on plane

I told her that her telling me that made me want to take 49 more pictures. And I of course did. Such a brat I know. Why do people always tell other people what to do?! I’m pretty sure a digital camera is not what they mean by a device. I mean I know it is one, but they’re more so worried about devices that are sending and requesting data. I am typing on the plane and had to reduce my font to size 8 just so she can’t see what I am typing ha ha…She  is totally that old lady who yells at cars to slow down when they fly down her street. She also is the old lady at my apartments who yells at me for doing unsafe maneuvers. Really? An unsafe maneuver? Its an apartment parking lot and I am going 5mph.  Either way I guess I am just a rebel and hate being told what to do. Enjoy the pic I took against the old lady’s will.napa reunion

Woo hoo San Francisco here we come! We are going out downtown tonight and I can’t wait to see the city!

Ps- Having a website is like having a baby, I now travel with my laptop at all times. Speaking of babies there is one on this flight that won’t stop crying and I think it needs a time out in the lavatory

Meet Anissia. She is 17 and from Switzerland! She emailed me how much she liked the site, which I thought was so cute and nice of her to be so supportive. I also thought it was awesome to know people so far away share so much in common with us over in the USA! She loves the Kardashians, old school Britney, funky hair styles (we both have dark hair and thick bangs :) ) etc etc. I just wanted to say hi and thanks for reading! :)

So it’s Friday night in San Diego… the options are always the same. Downtown or PB. My friends and I were sick of those being the only 2 options so we ventured North to Del Mar. My roommates good friend Sherry said her friend worked at some club in Del Mar called Flight and that she wanted to go. So her, Megan and I went to see what it was all about.

Picture the buildings in Del Mar that dentist offices are in. You know, the yellow stucco buildings with 3 floors, a courtyard etc? That is what Flight is in…inside a stucco complex. We were skeptical on this place but went in anyway.

All the Del Mar stereotypes were present. Hungry cougars swarming around, nasty old men with staring problems, and the young floozies like myself. We meet up with Sherry’s friend who tells us his friend have a table. He asks if we want to join. We of course say yes, only to learn table really was just that…a table for us to sit at. A reserved sign and 2 coronas a couple of the guys got for themselves. I think we sat there for 4 min. til we were outta there.

We went to the bar and surprisingly yet willingly, paid for all our own drinks for the first hour or so, and just chatted with the people there. We knew a few people so it was fun. I then look over into the crowd and notice a tiny, tiny guy dancing up a storm. By tiny guy, I’m talkin 4’8 and no more than 70-80lbs. The weirdest part was he thought he was soooo cool. He had sunglasses on inside the club and was owning all the cougars, hoppin from one to another like no big deal.

Vegas is by far the best place to celebrate a birthday but… when you have 50 people celebrating with you, Vegas is a hard one to coordinate. So… next best thing? Have a Vegas themed birthday in the city you live in! So, that is exactly what Mikaela did. I love Mikaela’s wild free spirit. She is so much fun to be around, plus she is one of my top MDT clients  ;)   Anyway we were required to dress as if we were in Vegas. For girls this meant short dresses and glitter, and for guys… let’s be real the guys didn’t sport the theme.

So we started off at her friends house in PB, popped champaggggneeee, snapped some pics, and then hoofed it to Moondoggies. It was suchhh a far walk :( We wanted/ had to go somewhere big enough for us all, as well as easy to get into. Moondoggies is sooo not fun anymore to me, (probably because I have been going for 6 years) but we made the best of it.

Some of the guys started making fun of my website but I told them to hush. We then started playing the do and don’t game and came across many GUY dont’s:

Old white shirts showing under your button ups, safari hats, sweaty arm pits, guys talking endlessly when we’re clearly uninterested, and guys that hit on us and don’t offer us a 4$ drink. I don’t expect you to buy me a drink, BUT if you are trying to make a good impression on a girl, a 4$ drink shows A. You’re a gentleman to offer and B. You can afford the 4$ drink at Moondoggies.

Anyway, I wanted to drive home so I didn’t need anyone to buy me a drink anyway ;P I hope Mikaela had a good birthday!!!! It was nice hanging out with all my friends :)

    Happpppy Birthday Mikaela!

So everyone knows that after the Comic Con all the peeps and celebs hit the town to see exactly what SD is about. Arika was staying with me this weekend so we met up with all of my AXO gf’s at Voyeur Downtown. Voyeur is on 5th Ave. where the old “Ole Madrid” used to be. I have heard mixed reviews on this place so I was eager to find out for myself :) Ole Madrid San DiegoSo… Voyeur is not on my favorite’s list. I really didn’t like it at all. It had a NYC vibe to me, so I guess if I was in NYC it would be cool to go to, but when you run into all the same people it’s not the ideal venue for me. It had crazy rave music and pink flashing lights that matched the crazy rave beats. I of course had fun just hanging out with my gf’s :) The staff was all pretty cool so I did like that about Voyeur.

    Sorority girls, downtown girls

We were heading out the door to leave when I spotted Stalker #1… whoa now I really had to go. ( If you missed out on that story click here to meet Stalker #1  )Overall, too small upstairs VIP room, people were stepping on me, and not the best music. Maybe I will try it once more, who knows, at least we got a cute pic out of it!

    Arika Sato & Amanda

    So color coordinated :)

We then hit up Hard Rock for a little bit because we heard Megan Fox was there. We only saw her leaving though :( Hard Rock was soooo packed we hung out for a bit, said hi to some of our friends and then moved on.stingaree, hard rock, voyeur, arika sato

Last stop Stingaree of course. Stingaree is my go to place. You know what to expect and you know it’s always there waiting for you with open arms, reliable and always a blast ;) We danced the night away, walked to a pizza place and took a cab home. Perfect Friday night.
