I mentioned in my Kim Kardashian post that I would post pictures of my new workout gear I received from the Vata launch party, so here it is! I am obsessed with this sports bra, not only because it is a super cute cut, but because it’s soooo comfy!

Kim Kardashian Launches Her Fragrance at TAO Las Vegas!

I am so sad I missed this event! Kim Kardashian was in Las Vegas this weekend to launch her new fragrance. She hit up Tao Nighclub at The Venetian, such cute pics.

The actual perfume itself mixes notes that reflect aspects of Kim’s personality… Jasmine, tuberose and gardenia evoking her femininity, then tonka bean and sandalwood suggesting an even softer side.

Oil of Olay Exfoliating Microdermabrasion

My friend introduced me to this Olay Microdermabrasion kit and I had to share it with you guys, I loveeee it! If you are looking for a great at home face exfoliate/peel, this one is amazing! It leaves your skin soooo soft, and soooo fresh! I love doing it right before I spray or sunless tan, it leaves you with a nice clean surface.

The Olay Regenerist System has two steps that work together to give you a combination of a microdermabrasion and mini-peel treatment, but it’s gentle enough to use up to two times a week for continuous results.

MUST Move it Monday- On Go Energy Shots

So it’s the Monday after Thanksgiving, yikes. Time to get my butt outta bed and back in the gym. What helps me a lot of the time are energy drinks or shots. My Synergie Lymphatic Massage Experience!

So I am always down for trying new beauty things riiiiight… Well, this one might just take the cake… I basically got a fat butt reducing massage. In professional spa terms, it is called a Synergie Lymphatic Massage and it is supposed to literally reduce the size of your fat cells. Perfect. What inspired this quest was of course the Keeping Up With the Kardashians episode where Kim gets her butt treated. Although the process is slightly different, it has the same goal in mind… to firm and tone!

Ideally for this service to work its full, magical potential, one should get anywhere from 6-16 treatments. Two treatments a week which last about 40 minutes. A 1998 study conducted by two noted plastic surgeons confirmed that 91% of women that took part in this treatment noticed significant results.

So I bet you are wondering, what’s the process like?

Well, the actual process is pretty wild… The only place in San Diego to offer this treatment is my friend Tracy’s spa, The Sanctuary in Ocean Beach. Here are a few pictures of the spa. I was so happy to find a place I could shop at and actually find something I wanted to leave with! If you are anything like me, you leave the mall discouraged and mad that you have money in your hand, yet nothing even worth buying. Well, problem solved because Elisabeth, the owner of King Kouture will make, yes MAKE, you anything your heart desires. ALL her pieces are designed and hand made by her.

Her boutique offers women a variety of one of a kind pieces, party tops, dresses, hair accessories, you name it… she makes it, AND you can rest assure no one else will be wearing your outfit! I love her tops because they are all made to be able to wear without a bra. I have no boobs but the way she lines each top, it’s totally ok! She also uses cute laces, ties, buttons etc.

I bet you are thinking well, something like that must cost a fortune, but nope! Her pieces, designed entirely for you, are about the same as that Bebe dress you just bought for Vegas last week. All under $200 bucks easily unless it is some crazy design.Tops run for about 60-80 which is great for a personalized piece.

Here is what I think her boutique is PERFECT for:

* Bridesmaids dresses- how fabulous would it be to choose your own material, cut, style color and have it made to fit each girl!

* Birthday dresses- I wish I found out about this fabulous boutique before my big birthday in Vegas, early October How cute would it be to have a birthday dress made just for you!

* Wedding dresses- She is getting married in 10 days and made her very own dress, so awesome!

* Vegas dresses, going out dresses, daytime wedding dresses, cocktail dresses, engagement parties, baby showers etc etc…

I always have ideas of outfits I want to create and now I can! I had so many questions for Elisabeth considering she took a huge risk at opening her own boutique and I thought it would be interesting to read about the creation of King Kouture for fellow aspiring small business owners to read for motivation.
