The BEST Workout Clothing by VATA

So of course when I heard Kim Kardashian was endorsing a new brand of workout clothes, I just haddddd to see what it was all about. I have seen Kim in cute workout pants before and loved them, and now I finally know what they are. Everyone get excited because VATA, which is made by Muscle Flex, is amazing!

From sports bras and jackets, to capri workout pants and shorts, VATA creates the perfect workout clothing. The secret here is definitely the material. The material is that super thick, but comfy spandex us girls love. You know, the kind that sucks everything in and makes almost everyone’s butt look great? Yup! The crazy thing is, is all their items are one size fits all because the material is so stretchy. It really does stretch or shrink to any size, fitting almost all sizes perfectly.

Guess Who’s Belly is Bbbback? Khloe Gains Weight

This is the exact reason I don’t FFF around with diet pills. Look who is back to being a big girl? Hey… I have no problem with big girls, I’m just sayin tho, what’s the point in being skinny for one month then gaining it all back? As I posted before, Khloe and Kim are HUGE spokespeople for Quik Trim diet pills, however this pic is proof the results are super temporary. I don’t know about you, but I rather stay consistent, work out, eat semi healthy and just be happy with the way I am.

Then again, maybe Khloe’s weight gain is because she’s preggo, she did say she was trying!? Guess well find out soon here.

Remember the good old days? The oh… 2 month ago days? Diet pills are yuck! PS I need to learn how to photoshop myself to look as good as they do here. Lotsa corrective clicks!

Kim Kardashian Launches Her Fragrance at TAO Las Vegas!

I am so sad I missed this event! Kim Kardashian was in Las Vegas this weekend to launch her new fragrance. She hit up Tao Nighclub at The Venetian, such cute pics.

The actual perfume itself mixes notes that reflect aspects of Kim’s personality…  Jasmine, tuberose and gardenia evoking her femininity, then tonka bean and sandalwood suggesting an even softer side.

Kim Kardashian’s Famous Cupcake!

I just have to let everyone know that I love Kim Kardashian and I am not stopping anytime soon. Some psycho emailed me the other day telling me I was a loser for liking Kim Kardashian. Really? Pretty sure people that send hate emails to strangers are losers? But… eye-roll… anyway… yeah the emailer told me I am a loser for liking someone who was famous for a sex tape. News flash, I don’t care what Kim does it’s her life, I simply love her work ethic, fashion choices and overall look. I am pretty sure you have people whose style you admire so let meh behhh.

Anyway back to the point… Kim K. just launched her very own cupcake at Famous Cupcakes in Beverly Hills this week. So jealous, I want my own cupcake! Kim went with a vanilla cupcake. Nice pick, I’d have chosen the same If you haven’t heard of Famous Cupcakes, you must! It is a delicious cupcake store that creates amazing cupcakes! Perfect gift. You can get them shipped to anywhere and they come in so many yummy flavors, peanut butter chip, strawberry, chocolate chip, coconut… you name it they have it!

Ok enough about cupcakes, back to Kim. Kim is looking hotter than everrrr, and anyone who says she’s not is a serious hater, look at that butt. Oh, and I love her dress! It totally looks like it came from the Kardashian’s Bebe line I mentioned a week or two ago. One shoulder, cut out dresses are still supppper IN!

I love and live for boots so when I discovered Cutesygirl.com and found their HUGE boot selection I got super excited! They have every style, fabric and height of boot you could ever imagine! I got these super cute embellished black suede ankle boots. It looks like they are sold out of every color except grey but grey would be really cute with any light pink or white dress, or super cute with grey skinny jeans.

Cropped Bright Jackets… IN!

Over Valentine’s Day weekend I decided to of course be extra festive and wear reds and pinks, so what better way than with this cropped red jacket? When wearing a giant splash of red like this, keep everything else simple. I wore a loose fitting black tee, black denim, black closed toe heels and my red jacket. When searching for celebs who also love red jackets, I found Ri Ri rocking my exact outfit in her Take a Bow music video. I guess great minds think alike

Move It Monday- Spot Training?

So I know there is no such thing as spot training, but do you? I find that many people think they can lay on the floor and do sit ups forever and end up with abs, but nope…  It is pretty impossible to choose certain areas of your body you want slimmer, so this week’s Move it Monday is to remind everyone that you can’t spot train! Super bad news because I want abs like Beyonce all while keeping my butt!

Since you can’t select the areas of your body you want slimmer, the next best option is to learn a few new overall body workouts that target your core since most of the time the core is what gives people problems. This week Tony Cress gives us a few new moves that focus on your core, both work great when combined with cardio. Check it out!

The Kardashians Launch an UGLY Armenian Jewelry Line

Shocking I know… something the Kardashian’s do that I don’t like? Yep. Khloe posted new pictures of the sisters new jewelry line Virgin Saints & Angels The Kardashian Collection and it left me confused. I hope this is a rough draft? Because I wouldn’t want any of it, even for free. Everything about it is ugly. The weird spikey shapes, the colors, the goth rings, the logo… the brown weird display background. Yikes. I guess they’re trying to play around with the whole “we love our culture” thing by creating an Armenian inspired line, but it’s not working for me, it isn’t even their style? They could have done a much better job at mixing in their personal style with their culture. Nice try I suppose, but I predict these will end up in Ross by the end of the year
