I wanted to post a helpful reminder to never neglect the rest of your body when using your favorite skin care products. Hands, neck and chest areas all begin to age along with our faces, so next time you’re lathering up in firming creams, don’t forget the rest of your body!

Just to be sure, here are some helpful tips to keep your neck as healthy as your face! No use having a fresh looking face with an old saggy neck

1- You should always have a perfectly clean neck. Clean it in the morning and at night, just like you would do with your face.

2- Moisturize! Moisturize! Moisturize! During the day, and before bed, massage down to the cleavage smoothing deep neck wrinkles.

3- During the day, apply a sunscreen lotion with SPF of at least 15 to protect future neck wrinkles.

4- At night, apply a nutritive product, again with a massage to help cellular renovation.

5- Use a mild exfoliator once a week. Don’t overdo it as the skin’s neck is very sensitive. To rejuvenate the neck the natural way check these neck skin recipes .

6- In attempt to repair any current neck skin wrinkles, apply a moisturizer or anti aging mask once or twice weekly.

7- If you want more drastic results, you can use laser treatments, botox or hyaluronic acid for neck fine lines and wrinkles .

8- To rejuvenate a sagging neck try a beauty treatment such as Mesolift. Read the article about mesolitf in anti aging treatments .

9- Help to lift sagging neck with these neck exercises . Chin ups!

10- Throughout the day, avoid looking down for long periods of time. By looking down, you are creating furrowing in your neck which leads to unwanted neck creases. The same can happen when you use super high pillows at night when you sleep. Try to keep your neck crease free over long periods of time to prevent extra wrinkles.

3. Does it work? My skin seems to stay the same no matter what products I use, so it’s honestly hard to tell who to give credit to, The Kardashians or my skin. Sure every now and then I have bad days but overall my skin is clear. This line did help hydrate my skin and I really liked the face toner for after washing. I hateeee how your skin feels dry after washing and the toner instantly hydrated my skin before the face lotion. I think this line would work best for people who have skin in moderate condition and who are just looking for a new daily skin care line to overall improve their skin. Healthier glow, smoother lines, hydration etc… I’m not sure I would buy this if I had serious skin problems, you might need something a bit more medicated if you have bad skin problems. Then again, I have read reviews of people who had bad skin and claim Perfect Skin cleared it up! I can only speak for myself

Overall a great skin care line, I love the smells and consistencies of all the products. I would definitely buy the bigger package of the two though, because the smaller one runs out before 30 days, it did for me at least. Maybe I used it too much

I first heard about this line through the Kardashian’s Twitter accounts, as well as on their t.v. infomercial, it left me wondering hmm, is this product legit? Or just another product the girls were endorsing to beef up their bank accounts? Well, the verdict is in and so far it’s super legit!

I think my favorite part of the entire skin care line is the fact that it’s an organized stepped process. Being the typical girly girl I loveeee all beauty processes, they’re so much fun to do before bed You have two options, the 3 piece or 5 piece kit. For $29.95, The 3 piece Kardashian Perfect Skin Care line comes with a facial cleanser, a spray toner, a hydrating face cream and a few reusable big sponges to use with the cleanser. If you want the complete 5 piece kit, you get everything the 3 piece comes with plus a 30 min face mask and a firming under eye cream for $39.90. The entire kit is super easy to follow, and they’re the perfect size for girls on the go like me, very easy to travel with. As far as the actual products go?

The face wash smells deliciousssss, my comparison? An Orange Dream Machine smoothie from Jamba Juice, yum Tropical orange paradise. I also love it because it totally removes make up unlike some face washes and doesn’t dry my face out. The toning spray is sooo refreshing I want to use it over and over throughout the day. My only criticism? The toner goes much faster than the other products, it could be a bit bigger to last more evenly. Maybe I just use too much? Can’t help it The under eye cream feels a bit tingly when you use it, but in a good way. You can tell it’s eating away at your wrinkles! And the moisturizing face cream is very smooth and hydrates your skin well! I hope to notice results soon. Do I look like Kim yet?

I just received the package yesterday so I haven’t been able to see the overall results yet but I figured I’d update with pictures after I get the full effects of this line.

My skin is pretty dry, so I am hoping this line will help hydrate my skin. I also enjoy packing on make up and sunless tanners, so I need a skin care line to keep off the extra debris I subject myself to, and to keep my clogged, tanned pores spic ‘n span

1. Her hair- someone shove some extra weave pieces in my head now, long flowy princess hair, I want it… no I need it! Extensions make everything look better. To me at least Sure they might not be user friendly or like-able by anyone touching your head but so what, they look fab. I personally would go for clip in hair extensions that way you can take them in and out as needed. In San Diego?  Hair Unlimited is an extension store that will match your hair color and make the extensions for you, all for around $100.00. Best $100 you’ve ever spent!

2. Her tan. Kim Kardashian is known for lovin’ spray tan. Make sure you’re bronzed and beautiful before bearing it all in your bikini. You will wonder how you ever lived without it for so long, I know I did.

3. White bikini’s on tan skin. Find a bikini that goes with your complexion. Tan skin and dark hair looks amazing with bright colors and whites. If you are more fair skinned, make sure you go with something that compliments your features… Hair color, skin, eyes etc…

4. Sunglasses. For me sunglasses are an investment I will make. I think they make everything look better, more put together I suppose. There are some cheap things you can fake, but cheap sunglasses aren’t one of them. They cheapen your entire look. Avoid.  I love Kim’s glasses, especially because they match her bikini enough, but not too much… A tiny hint of a white rim, super cute! Aviators will be big again this Summer.

5. Polished Pedi- You can’t see her nails here but I guarantee they are perfectly polished. Another pool party must have. Shiny nails A light pink or light tan would look super cute with this suit, or my never ending favorite, hot pink!

6. Lipgloss- My favorite light lip glosses are from Mac. I love the dazzleglass line, it’s thin, sparkly and lasts forever. It’s a perfect gloss for a sunny day, it brings enough shimmer and shine without leaving you looking like a make up face.

There you have it, the few things us girls must ensure are taken care of before laying poolside. Of course if you are laying in your backyard you can ignore all of the above and throw your hair in a messy pony tail, these suggestions are just for the girls making an important pool cameo somewhere fun. Vegas? Miami? A big phattttttt boat? Yup.
