Khloe Kardashian is proof that great things can come from heartbreak and divorce. Not only is she much better off without Lamar Odom and all his crazy issues, she is looking cuter than ever in the February 2014 issue of Cosmopolitan UK by James White. Khloe also opens up to the magazine about her recent divorce and being eager to kick off a new year with a fresh new start. Khloe tells Cosmo UK “I love the new year and new beginnings, I need a good fresh start; I’m excited for this year to be over with. You only live once so let’s make that one time perfect. We can’t fix our mistakes and imperfections, so let’s have fun. You get what you give out in life.”
Khloe continues by saying “I don’t regret anything about my life. My life has made me who I am at this moment, and I’m very happy with who I am. No matter if it’s great, disgusting, beautiful or ugly; it happens and it makes you you. Life is about how you process things.”
When talking about how she got through the hard times, Khloe tells the magazine that it was mostly thanks to the support of her sisters and mom. From having sleepovers to just having quality girl time, she’s a big believer that women need to stand by each other. While she’s been attacked for her weight in the past, she knows how important it is to have positive women in your life at all times.
“Women can be quick to attack each other, when we should be building each other up,” she told the mag. “There are enough people out there who’ll put you down. We should be each other’s biggest cheerleaders. I’m not happy with my arms, so if I see a girl with great arms I compliment her. It doesn’t make me hate her; it motivates me to lift more weights.”
And I couldn’t agree more, here’s to a happy fresh start for all in 2014!
