I know it is still a few months away, but I need some ideas for a cute outfit to wear to his graduation. Since I wont be able to see him until then, I’d like to look sexy, but still remain classy as well. Also, it is in Texas so the weather should be pretty warm by then. Any advice would be great! Reply: Ok, so when I think about a husband’s graduation, I immediately picture a Stepford wife sort of look. No, not a sweater around your neck/ poofy flowered dress sort of thing, but something cute, sexy and classy. The last thing you want is the other hater wives judging you for showing too much skin. You can still look sexy while remaining classy.

Rules: No cleavage. Nothing shorter than a few inches above the knee. Nothing too tight. Nothing too over the top. I also have been informed that you can not show your shoulders before your husband’s commanding officers. You will have to bring a cover up I guess!? You can take it off after the ceremony so I’ve been told.

Since it will be March, and as you say, HOT, I personally would go for a tank top dress, maybe with a modern floral/Spring print. Think pastels, browns, creams, tans, pinks, melons, yellows, sea foam greens…

I think this dress could be worn if age appropriate. Looks great with hair back and a pink lip! It is a bit short, but the innocent floral belt and thicker material tones down the hooch effect the tube top and shortness carry.

Bottoms Up Navy Blue Shorts

I think a cute pair of casual fitting shorts would be a great choice if paired with a cool, flowy, tank or blouse tucked in. Make sure you fancy the outfit up a bit with a fun necklace, bangles or stand out heels!

Shoes: I would go with a heel from 3-4 inches. Nothing TOO tall. A wedge might even be better. More day time appropriate. Open toe since it’s hot out, show off a cute pink toe!

Those are my ideas for a graduation outfit. Keep the outfit sexy but classy and pump up the hair and make up a bit. Those are what count the most in my opinion anyway Good luck! Send me pics!
