Ha ha ha I can’t believe Tony did this topic I suggested, such a good friend :) As all my friends know I was totally obsessed with Britney Spears back in her prime 2002 days, and remember watching this video wanting to cry at how cute she was, perfect bod. So, what better Move It Monday topic than how to slowly get into Britney circa 2002 shape. I remember reading her workouts like a psycho when she was super in shape and she always talked about intense upper body exercises.

    Pal I’m sorry to remind you but your love for Brit’s bod back then is not valid. Remember when we were in college and knew a guy who worked on set for her concert tour? He told us all about her potty pills and other unnatural, unhealthy habits that kept her slim and trim. She was amazing then but doing it the wrong way makes it not last forever and have side affects once you stop. Look at her now :(
