So it’s the Monday after Thanksgiving, yikes. Time to get my butt outta bed and back in the gym. What helps me a lot of the time are energy drinks or shots. I know they are not the healthiest BUT they definitely help get you back on track because once you drink one, there is no turning back, you are energized and ready to go!

I posted a while ago about On Go Energy shots and why they are my favorite! I haven’t seen them around in a while so I contacted the distributor and he let me know they sell them at 99 cent city stores!!?! Totally random but hey if they’re 1 buck, that works for me!

All the flavors are really yummy too! Even better chilled in the refrigerator. I don’t suggest using these every workout BUT for Monday’s like today you might just need that extra boost.     how often to you take this energy shot/vitamin supplement? I tried it this week and i thought it didn’t taste too bad for an energy shot because i’m not really an energy drink type person. i do intense workouts every sundays and was wondering how often you would take (or your recommend to take) this . . . estimated within the week and how long do you normally wait before you take it prior to a workout?

    I take it rarely, dont want to over due it… I take it when i want a good, long workout. and i take them as i drive to the gym! you can also drink half and save half for later if you want just a quick burst! drank one today and worked out twice! love them!
