So have you guys heard that drinking warm water and lemon juice is good for you? I wanted to hear the truth behind this so off to google I went to see exactly what it is good for
Here are some of the benefits of a warm water and lemon juice blend.

Butttttt, one thing to keep in mind: Too much lemon juice may eat away at your tooth enamel so make sure it is diluted well.

i heard on TV yesterday that drinkin warm water was good for us.. but i didn’t know there were benefits of a warm water and lemon juice blend.
