So I met the most awesome new girl friend online, sooo funny right! But she emailed me about my site and we’ve been online bffs ever since, we are convinced we are long lost sisters ha ha
She lives on the East Coast ( dying to move there…) and we have so much in common! Anyway, she told me she was a nutritionist/personal trainer/fitness model, so that combined with that and her wayyy too in shape pics, I was dying to know what I was doing wrong in my fitness routines, because dang, I sure don’t look like her. I asked her to answer a few questions because I know there are girls like me all over, working out yet not seeing big enough results.
After reading all about her diet & workout, I now know my problem, I am not nearly psycho enough! You will read all her tips and realize that being in shape, like reallll shape, takes a 100% commitment and lifestyle change. No cheating, no pills, no starving, just good old fashion hard work and discipline. Do you have what it takes?

Spot on. I agree 100 percent. The hardest thing for people to learn is how important DIET is. You can workout til you’re blue in the face, but if you’re at the bar drinkin fruity vodka drinks every night and having a night cap of nachos and cheese, you won’t see any results. Most people can’t (or don’t want to) workout 6 days a week. I believe that if you just eat right, you can have the body you want with just a few days a week in the gym. And I’m glad she talks about protein for women. It’s just as important for women as men (just in lower grams).
