as with just about all foods… everything in moderation. for example, two table spoons of peanut butter on your toast is about 25% of your daily fat allowances. yes, some of that fat is unsaturated fats but there is also saturated (bad) fat in peanut butter. nuts have good fats and are a good source of protein… but eat too many regularly and you’re going to end up gaining weight. just use common sense….

That is why it is important to supplement your Omega 3′s with OmegaPlex. That way you can get the results without all the Extra Calories!
