So, I went to the mall 2 days ago and couldn’t help but notice all the couples shopping. Awww how nice, notttt. Almost every single girl’s boyfriend had a wandering eye. I had just finished working out so maybe they liked my spandex, who knows, but I caught tons of peeping eyes. Usually I don’t even look at people but after I caught one peeping Tom, I was curious to see how many others there were. Trust me, I’m not bragging, I was so ugly and sweaty but that is not the point. If that was my boyfriend I would be sooooooo annoyed. What… you just can’t control your eyes for 2 seconds? It’s so embarrassing for the poor girl.
Guys you watch tv all day, stare at the girls on tv, google hot girls on the internet, cut out pages in magazines and post them on your wall, stare when you are wearing sunglasses and alone, but please control your wandering eyes for everyone’s sake while you are holding hands with your girlfriend in public! It’s also like the guys who yell stupid stuff at girls, you gain nothing from it so lets just cool it. ;P

is this post more about the objectification of random women in public? or boyfriends having respect for their girlfriends? i only ask because ill be honest, i love girls. and i appreciate the aethestics of a beautiful girl, so i look. the same way if i see i cool car drive by, or a pair of shoes i think are hot, or a piece of art hanging in a gallery window.
i think the reason i became more comfortable doing this was because my gf (now, ex) and i had a very mature and trusting relationship, and we didnt view it as disrespectful. she would point out hot girls to me. and sometimes id even point out a hot guy to her.
so i go back to the original question, do you feel its gross or inappropriate for guys to check out girls if their significant other is ok with it, or participating as well.?

both. first of all most girls arent cool with their men checking out other girls. sure ive played that game of oh hey shes cute, or oh hey i like her hair but most guys are sneaking peeks over their shoulders while their girlfriends have no clue. if the gf knows then who cares. but i still hate eyes peering over at me its so stressful. a quick glance fine but staring is rude! like i said stick to sunglasses and staring alone unless your gf knows

i can appreciate that. yeah, i think rubbernecking at a girl walking by, or just being a blatant creepster and following her with your whole head and eyes is kinda in bad form. im too embarrassed to get caught not to be subtle about it. but yah, i can only imagine the pressure of being a gorgeous girl out in public. i would feel like there is no “downtime” and that you are always being watched. but then again, you have other perks like going to the fuckin Fantasy Factory… jerk. haha.

and yeah, i know what you mean. ive seen that plenty and i think, “man that girl is with a total douche and shes too oblivious to know”. it does make her look like a fool.
